Great hotel overall – super clean (honestly one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in), with big modern rooms and a large bathroom that even has both a shower and a bathtub..

The downside: the location isn’t convenient unless you have a car. It’s pretty far from most things.What I didn’t enjoy was the vibe from the staff. In 5 days, I only got one smile (from a lovely lady named Tugsan – hope I spelled that right!). Everyone else looked unhappy, which makes you feel unwelcome as a guest. Not their fault, but management should really look into why the staff seem so unhappy.So: great facilities, but the atmosphere could be much warmer.

Need to clean the sewerage tubes in the shower cabin of the room 513. I think it is related to almost all rooms, as I had been staying in October for 2 weeks in the hotel and had the same issue.

Staff don’t smile and aren’t very friendly. English language is also basic but they serve International customers! At breakfast they ran out of orange juice and other items at 8am!

The hotel facilities are very good. The quality and variety of the restaurant is very good. Rooms very confortable.

Not really any specific issue. The hotel is pretty far from anything touristic and the town, but if you have a car it's well located.

Sleeping like in plastic factory.

We arrived in hotel 22:00. After we paid go to sleep directly. In the room bed smells like in plastic production factory. I asked to change room or to give back money- not accept hotel reception. I tell that will inform booking company says no problem that not important for us. No other way we accept to stay to early morning 5:00. In our room done one ozone filter machine that not working. I ask booking company to verifying the problem and if possible to send back money.

This is an immaculate hotel. Very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

The location is out of the city but for us thus was not a problem.

Nothing to complain about. But it’s just a bit far from Izmir itself. We had our rental car so didn’t feel much but if you don’t have a car then be prepared.

Sapacious huge super clean room with great modern design , there are good parking spots outside

I didnt like the location which was 24 min away from center of ezmir and gas prices are already high , transportatiin will be expensive too , so if you are planning a long stay i advice a central hotel , although i doubt it to be as clean and great as this one

Great spacious rooms, with a decent spa area. Good restaurant, for breakfast and dinner. Good place to work.

Location is great for business men visiting the area, not much to do if you stay for any other reason.

Loved the room design, they made something very nice with the lighting on the walls. Bed was great, internet was excellent, the bathroom with the bathtub (which was a reason why I booked this room) was great.

Sound proofing was very bad, I'm not sure why but the window wasn't keeping the outside sounds away (motorway and ventilation) maybe seals should be changed but it was really annoying and one of the only negative points I had with the room. Check out was long (no one at front desk and no bell to ring).

The staff were excellent. The hotel is very correct. Rooms sure spacious.

The location suits business but otherwise there is no entertainment near.
